provide system engineering governance control and engineering project management across complex
train interior and exterior solutions with the provision of specific engineering services including
CAD 3D & 2D modelling, Finite Element Analysis, Materials engineering and compliance verification
testing.
These services
have been provided to the V'locity Galley Kitchen project and the QR CCTV & Communications upgrade
projects during 2022 and 2023.
Asset
Management Services
JETRANSIT
provides FMECA and RCM information to support designed products to achieve the proven life
expectations for products and assist the train builder and maintainer in designing maintenance
schedules and predicting life-cycle costings.
Through-life
Maintenance
JETRANSIT
provides spare parts and obsolescence plans to support our products in service. Where required, we
also provide service agreements to perform on-train support for the life of the product
Low-Cost
Manufacturing
JETRANSIT has bilingual employees and a depth of experience in sourcing from Low-Cost Countries. We
are well connected to the China manufacturing industry that supports the high-speed train market.
JETRANSIT has a management system overlaying overseas suppliers, with an OS domestic present to
perform company selection, accreditation and quality control processes. We have a robust approach to
ensuring end-to-end supply chain quality compliance and modern slavery compliance.
Delivery, including JIT
JETRANSIT will meet the incoterms required by our Australian customers and provide a Just-in-Time
delivery service including local warehousing and delivery stillage design to assist these customers
in managing the train build production schedules whilst minimising the demand on the customer’s
warehouse systems.
Installation Services
JETRANSIT can provide a fully accredited installation service teams to work within the train
operators running depot or train build factories. Our safety systems are mature and able to meet all
regulations and specific requirements in these operating environments.
JETRANSIT will always deliver installation manuals and provide technical support to our customers
for their installation of our products.
